　　 This project includes the production and installation of one domestic largest 2000 cubic meter stainless steel high vacuum spherical tank and one 5000 cubic meter vacuum spherical tank and the supporting vacuum piping system. The steel structure company of China First Metallurgical Group is responsible for the construction. The flapper valve installed this time is a valve that connects the spherical tank and the pipeline. When the spherical tank is subjected to a vacuum test, it plays a role in regulating the air source and requires extremely high sealing performance. The valve is 8 meters high, 3.3 meters wide, 1.95 meters thick, and weighs 32 tons. Such heavy and large equipment must be transferred from the workshop to the construction site for installation. The Sichuan Spherical Tank Installation Project Department of China First Metallurgical Group Steel Structure Company draws on the experience of the first phase of the project and formulated a special hoisting plan, using the "round steel rolling method", that is, introducing two large cranes into the workshop, and then using two steel plates, one fixed , A row of round steel with a diameter of 40 mm is spread on it; another steel plate is placed on the round steel, and a row of round steel is sandwiched between the two steel plates and starts to slide. The flapper valve is moved out of the workshop on the steel plate and transferred to the installation site , Installed in place.
